The 2026 U.S. Team will comprise six automatic qualifiers and six Captain's Picks. A weighted system based on FedExCup Points determines the ranking. The points calculation spans January 1, 2025 through August 23, 2026. The six automatic qualifiers will be determined following the 2026 BMW Championship. U.S. Team projected standings will be established through fifty-four holes at the BMW Championship.
