About the Event

BetTheRent.com is a Las Vegas-based sports analytics and media company. The 2026 Spring Charity Classic is our inaugural charity golf tournament — an event we created to bring our community together, support a cause we believe in, and have a great day on the course.

Tournament proceeds cover operational costs including green fees, player gifts, and on-course contests. A guaranteed $1,000 donation plus 100% of raffle proceeds and all Charity Champion sponsorship contributions go directly to Nevada SPCA.

After expenses and the pledged donation, remaining funds are retained by BetTheRent Events LLC to support future events and operations.

Terms, Liability Waiver & Media Release — BetTheRent Events LLC

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you (“Attendee”) agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Attendee acknowledges that participation in BetTheRent Events may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other harm. Attendee voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless BetTheRent Events LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising from attendance or participation in the event.

2. Media Release Attendee grants BetTheRent Events LLC the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and/or livestream their likeness, image, and voice during the event. This content may be used for promotional, marketing, or entertainment purposes including but not limited to social media, YouTube, websites, and other internet platforms — without compensation or further consent.

3. Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by BetTheRent Events LLC.

Tournament Rules

Format 4-Man Scramble. All four players tee off on each hole. The team selects the best shot and all players play their next shot from that location. This continues until the ball is holed.

Tee Boxes Men play from the Copper tees. Women play from the Gold tees.

Scoring Gross score only. No handicaps. One scorecard per team. Scorecards must be signed and submitted at the conclusion of your round.

Team Assembly Players are encouraged to register as a foursome. If you register as an individual or incomplete group, you will be placed on a team prior to the event.

Tiebreaker In the event of a tie, the winning team will be determined by sudden death playoff.

Pace of Play Teams are expected to maintain pace with the group ahead. Rangers will be on course to assist.

Conduct All participants are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the spirit of the game. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification.

Prizes First place team receives a $250 Gift Card to Five Iron Golf. One gift card awarded to the winning team.

Disputes All rulings are final and at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
